Download Yappng
Install it and open it. Yappng lives in your menu bar (Mac) or system tray (Windows). The first time it runs, it downloads the right speech model for your computer.

Buy your license
It's a one-time purchase, and you'll never be charged again. Right after paying, you'll see your license key and the download.
Activate it
Open Yappng and paste your key when it asks to activate. Already using the free version? Click the Yappng icon in your menu bar or tray, choose Buy license, and paste it there. The daily limit is gone. Give the same key to anyone you want to share it with.
Hold, talk, let go
Click into any text box, hold Right ⌘, say something, and let go. Your words appear at the cursor. You can change the shortcut, or switch to press-once-to-start, in Settings.
